Discover ORIGIN 01

We don't chase ordinary.

We look for coffees with a clear origin, distinctive varieties and natural flavour profiles that could not come from anywhere else.

Terroir, altitude, variety and processing shape what ends up in the cup. Our work is to select those lots carefully — and then stay out of their way.

The Origin

ETHIOPIA

Ethiopia is home to an extraordinary diversity of arabica. Heirloom varieties, high altitudes and careful processing produce cups that range from delicate and floral to deeply fruited — often within a few kilometres of one another.

Process

From origin to cup.

  1. 01

    Origin

We start with the place: region, altitude, variety and harvest.

  2. 02

    Selection

Small lots are cupped and selected with producers and exporters.

  3. 03

    Roast

Roasted light to medium-light to preserve the character of the bean.

  4. 04

    Quality

Every lot is evaluated before it is packed and released.

  5. 05

    Your Cup

Packed in small batches and shipped close to the roast date.

Quality over quantity.

We work with small, carefully selected lots rather than large volumes. It limits how much coffee we can offer — and that is the point.

Each lot is roasted with a profile built around its own character, evaluated before release, and packed in small batches. No industrial commodity coffee.
