ORIGIN 01 is the first release in our numbered collection. Ethiopia is the starting point: the birthplace of coffee, and the origin with the widest expression of aroma, sweetness and floral character.
We are currently selecting the lot. Region, producer, process, altitude and harvest will be published in full once the coffee has been chosen and cupped — nothing is stated before it is confirmed.
The intended direction of the cup is strawberry, mango and jasmine: fruit-forward, delicate and clean, roasted light to medium-light so the origin stays intact.
